Has any one dropped a deer or any thing larger with this bullet?
I would like to know how good it is for deer on maybe even elk.

What do you have pushing that bullet and at what yardage do you plan on take your game it is all about your speed on impact.

With any luck I will be able to provide a post-mortum report within 10 days.

I came up with a load that pushes the 208 gr AMAX @ 3164 fps and groups .25 moa @ 100 yds.

I am using a 30" benchmark 1:12 3 grove barrel.

Post mortum report - 472 yds, 2x3 mule deer buck, 3 inch exist hole. the bullet delivered violence in a very final manner.
