Hi All, I'm just getting back into shooting after approx 20 years and would like some feedback on my new rifle. I've had it for 3 months now and I haven't been able to shoot it yet due to a neck injury I sustained just after I'd ordered it

Remington 700 .308 long range 26"
MDT Tac 21 chassis
Magpul PRS stock, MIAD grip & AFG
Bushnell Elite Tactical XRS 4.5-30x50mm

Cant wait to get out and start putting in some range time, any feed back or opinions would be greatly received as I have been out of the game for quite a few years.

This is a Hi from Aus, # 2

Just signed in so I'm feeling my way around the Format for the moment.

Not wanting to take the wind out of your thread so I will keep my intro in my pocket for a sec,
Other than to say that I too had a bit of a period of lying low after 96' when things turned sour for us (only about 8yrs for me) & got real keen again several yrs ago with the purchase of a .308 to do the LR ground work as well!
Now looking to upgrade to a better LR cal, & that is what has brought me here!

I'm in the Hunter Valley (NSW) & shoot a bit of F Class for practice.
