Just wanted to introduce myself and say howdy from Texas. I'm not nescesarily new to shooting long range but I definitely don't have the experience that a lot of the members on this site do. I hope to continue learning from both the members of Long Rang Hunting and practice, hopefully a lot more practice.
I figured I would share a picture of my favorite rifle right now.
It's a 6.5x47 Lapua built on a Stiller Predator action with a Jewell trigger. The barrel is a 26.5" #5 contour Brux with a 1:8.5 twist. The stock is a H.S. Precission in grassland camo. You can probably tell I am a fan of Gunwerks and had to put their G7 Nightforce on top of it and then pair the rifle up with the G7 BR2 rangefinder.
This package is what helped me take the pronghorn in my signature at 647 yards last year.
