Re: Here\'s mine, where is yours?

the first picture is my .308,.700 action leupold 6.5-20x40 mcmillian stock.unknown barrel maker I bought the barrel off ebay for 40$. It was a stainless blank.I made and installed the muzzle break also.shoots about .5 someday I would like to rebarrel it with a krieger barrel in .708
second pix is my 6MMBR.700 action krieger barrel leupold 6.5-20x40 it is truly a pleasure to shoot. It literaly has no recoil and will shoot .25 groups.I have taken prairie dogs at 700 yds. with a .55gr nosler crony'd at 3900 fps.
third pix. is a barrel block I built for my 7MM WSM which I am making .Savage action,Krieger barrel, benchrest stock, burris black diamond 8-32x50,20 MOA base, burris signature z rings with offset inserts.I hope to reach 1 mile......I know I'm obsessed but can't I try.
P.S my digital camera sucks the pictures don't do these justice.

Re: Here\'s mine, where is yours?

Here are pics of a few of my latest creations.

The first is a 35" barreled Enfield P14 in a homemade stock. Scope is now a Pentax Lightseeker 30 and the barrel is now ported. Timney trigger tuned to around 10ozs. Shoots a consistent 1/2 MOA or better out to 250yds. Too much snow to go further. Will try 1000m and eventually out to 2000m. Launching 240gr MK at 3075fps using H50BMG, Fed 215M, and Rem brass.

Second one I just sold. In a 6.5 Mystic, a wildcat I designed. Enfield P17 action with cock on opening speedlock, single stage trigger, homemade stock. Was a very consistent shooter in the 0.2" range. Used 140gr SST, H4831SC, and Fed 210M primers. Brass was modified Fed Gold Medal 308. Vel from the 25" barrel was 2750fps. Very light recoil and a pleasure to shoot.

Soon to be working on a new 6.5-06, M305 (Norinco M1A), and some close range big bore and cast LR rifles. Will post pics as they get built.

Here are a few of mine--All sport McMillans and NF scopes, Badger rings, tapered bases, Jewell triggers, etc...
The two up front are .308 Win's for my short range stuff out to 600 yds, the next one is a .300RUM and the one in the back is a .300 Tomahawk--Hope to reach the mile mark on a PD at Ric's place this year...

Re: Here\'s mine, where is yours?

Here's my 300wm w/Leup BR24 w/Premier modified mil-dot reticle. Barrel's a Pac-nor 28" 3 groove 1.25" full length. Averages .6 moa w/me shooting, better when a better shooter shoots it! Best group so far is .369".
