HELP on NON RES WY. HUNT

Hi guys....I am thinking about expanding my hunting horizons now that I've retired and want to try my 6.5 SS on some out of state hunts. Does anyone have any suggestions on Deer, elk, and even antelope for this year as far as units, odds, etc.? Any help would be appreciated..............thanks/Rich

Best advice I can give is to buy and bank points for 3 years so you have some hope of drawing the premium units when you do draw.

I've bee doing so for antelope, deer, and elk for three years now.

Can't give much advice on units. I'll be depending on friends who have hunted there forever to tell me where and when.

Thanks! I need to spend some time brushing up on dates, regs, etc. but am living out of a suitcase until I get moved, so am trying to take some shortcuts. Most of the good hunts here in Ut. take a few years to draw also, I am told..........rich
