Hello from North Dakota

Hello all. I am writing from Grand Forks, ND. Found this forum through multiple google searches and decided to give it a try. I am the new owner of 100 acres WRP and am looking for a few different hunting setups. First off I need a good varmit gun. Hoping to shoot responsibly at 500 yds and need a big enough punch to knock down animals up to coyote size. Mostly skunks, badgers, etc as a predation reduction for my WRP program. Any help finding the right threads or suggestions appreciated! Leaning towards 22-250, just not certain.
