hello everyone,

My name is Jay, I work for a small optics company here in Louisiana. We don't get to do much long distance shooting around here, so i am eager to learn more. I've hunted mostly whitetail deer, hogs, yotes, and various small game so far, but in the future i want to hunt elk, moose and bear. I'm getting into reloading and building rifles. I really like nightforce rifle scopes, and if you haven't had a chance to look at them, check them out. looking forward to posting and reading articles here. gun).

i like that rifle man, looks like a nesika action. i'm thinking of buliding a couple of rifles, looking hard at 280 ackley improved for my dad, and i kinda want 300 win mag.

I hope so, i'm a noob at building though. my dad has always wanted a light flat shooting rifle and i think the 280 AI is the ticket.
