About 5 yrs ago I picked a pair of Hawke Optics 12x50 Endurance ED's because of the glass quality, convenient size, and weight. After 5 yrs of hard use I had to send them back for realignment and one eyepiece was loose. Most likely caused by me.
I sent them back to Hawke per their prompt response to my original service request.
This was all just right before Christmas and New Years. So I expected delay till after first of year.
Well Hawke Optics sent me a brand new set of exact same model binos and I just received them yesterday. This is awesome customer service.
If you have a chance try a pair of Hawke's and you will be impressed with optical quailty.
