Anyone ever compared these two? Looking at a full size spotter for this next season, but wont use one enough to justify spending over $1k. I have the Hawke compact (11-33x50) and really like it for a little spotter. It seems to hit above it's price point in the compact spotters. I haven't looked through a Vanguard but they seem to be recommended often for the lower price point spotting scopes. Seems like they could both be good in the sub 750$ range, but would love to hear folk's experience!
