Hart uses stainless only. I dislike Hart barrels so much I ordered 15 of them at the beginning of this month!

My Brother and I used Hart Barrels and they shoot tiny bugholes, as we went to ORG Penn 1000yd Bc and kicked their asses all the way from Ky, the barrels shoot well but I didn't know they used button rifling till just a few years ago always assumed they cut the grooves, so I have never shot a cut rifle barrel lol.
