Been reloading these slugs for past 18 years and see no need to change. I just checked zero on my 870, Hastings Bull Barrel, Timney trigger upgrade, and Nikon 2x7.
I just shot slug gun off cross sticks off stool at 50 yds so looks pretty good! 1 1/4 oz at 1450 fps so hits like freight train! I always shoot any round to duplicate hunting conditions and slugs are no different to me.
If off bench with bags, it would be one hole for sure. I duplicated hunting conditions and feel pretty good for gun opener on Sun.These slugs can be found at slugsrus.com easy to load. Its nice to be able to pick any 5 slugs out of box and all shoot the same.
