Don't know off the top of my head. But all the formulas are in the back of the Speer load book.What is the formula used for determining the rpm's? I tried on my own but my math doesn't know what it is doing.

That's probably the only one I don't have
but since you brought it to my attention I will look in the other 10 or so books I have. I'll bet it is in the Lyman book, it's chocked full of interesting information.

Both of the posted formulas spit out the same calculations, interesting indeed. That reminds of the old expression "There is more than one way to skin a cat".
