Do you know if it will fit a 7mm WSM featherweight barrel channel?

What is the muzzle diameter of your Featherweight? I have a .270WSM barrel here, it measures .600 at the muzzle and fits nicely. It'd be "free floated". Is your bottom metal one piece, like a Rem. 700 BDL? Does it have three guard screws or two?
