Gunsmith recommendation - Upstate SC

Can anyone recommend a reputable gunsmith in the Boiling Springs/Spartanburg area? My dad needs a 20MOA picatinny rail installed and scope leveled. I know that's a simple thing and I'd do it for him, but I dont have any trips planned to go see him. Thanks!
