Gunsmith Needed for H&K USC/UMP Conversion

So I have decided to try and get my H&K USC in 45acp converted over to a UMP style rifle before the ban takes affect.

I know it's not a "long range" problem but maybe one of you knows a shop/guy that could help me out?
