Gunsmith for Pre-64 Winchester Model 70?

Looking for an experienced gunsmith for my 1951 Winchester Model 70. Having a few issues, including safety stuck in the "fire" position. Your help is appreciated.

Steve, Who did you use for your safety issue and what did he tell you was wrong to make it stick in the fire position? I have the same issue and I am looking for help.
