Great custom stock maker in Texas?

I'm wondering if anyone knows a great custom stock maker in Texas? I'm interested in exploring the idea of having a custom stock made out of Walnut or Maple to SPECIFICALLY fit me! If anyone knows more than one, please post them all - I'm wanting to shop around. I'd prefer someone in central orSouth Texas because they'd be easier for me to get to; and I'm assuming a "fitting" would be needed to determine the measurements.

You very well may have found your stock by now but I know of one. Check out Mike Lau at Texas Brigade Armory. He seems to be able to do quite a lot. I know he custom makes the stocks for the M70's he builds including the checkering and bedding.
