Newbie question, what would I have to do to this to install a REM 700 action into this stock?
Nothing. You'll just need m5 bottom metal which is the case regardless of the action.
Is this left handed?
Could a person inlet a notch on the left side for a left hand action?
Yes but then you have the notch on the right looking ugly.
That's what I was thinking
