GPO Spectra 3-18x56

GPO Spectra 3-18x56 Hi, does anyone know or have ever used this lens and can tell me how it is? I intend to use it on the hunt early in the morning or late in the evening in low light. In your opinion, can it be compared to the Leica ER5 4-20x56 in terms of brightness and overall quality?
