GPO Scopes -- Where are they made?

I keep getting stuff about GPO optics and when I go to their site I read a lot of references to German optics but I don't see anything actually stating their scopes are made in Germany or the USA. Other scope makers make all sorts of claims and then I find out their scopes are made in China to their high specifications.

Well I emailed. Probably China, but possibly Europe somewhere due to the parent company location in Germany.

They sound good with descent warranty. Only a side by side comparison will tell.

GPO scopes are designed and quality control checked in Germany. Depending on which series of scope they are made in China, Philippines or Japan. US office is in VA.
