First GH after having the Savage WSM,bedded and free floated in a Boyds hardwood laminate stock.The farmers son is holding this GH,shot at the base of the tree in the foreground,about 100 yds,DRT,15 grain no exit just a bang and flop. Got rained out shortly thereafter.I'm shooting an inch @ 100 yds,this works for me.Notice the big mound of dirt by the tree,this young man knows where every GH lives on the 200 acres they farm.He's mad to have me show him how to get some yotes,he sees them periodically while cutting hay.
Got the WSM dialed in pretty good.

I have a Ruger 17WSM that I restocked, did trigger job and put some good glass on. Got a few GH here in VA pushing up daisies. Lots of prairie dogs ! My fav rifle in dog towns. Bergara is coming out with one I think this year. Built on a B14 stock. Ought to be awesome!
