GOOD TRIGGER WEIGHT FOR A HUNTING RIFLE?

Seems that after getting used to a 1.5 lb. trigger on my competition rifle I want to have a hunting rifle with a pull of no more than 2.5 lbs.

So what do "all y'all" have for your hunting rifle trigger pull weight (if it is adjustable.that is)?
(Translation for western Pennsylvanians: "What's yuns's trigger pull weight?")

just a weird preference I have for magnum cartridges which I typically shoot game farther with and tend to have my finger on the trigger for longer periods of time in doing so.

Depends on what type of hunting I use the rifle for. For my brush/timber rifle, between 2 and 3 lbs is perfect. On my long range hunting rigs, 1-1.5 lbs.

All my rifles are set at 2.5lbs., I consider that the most comfortable for me.

I use 2.5lbs on all my hunting rifles, Which I use Timney Calvin Elite Triggers when ever possible, for me they are the best trigger I have used.

My competition rifles are set at 1.0-1.5#. My LRH rifles are generally set at 1.5-2.5#. If available, I prefer a two stage trigger.
