I found a used in great shape Remington 300wm 5r stainless threaded barrel with what appears to be a 20moa base and a Harris swivel bipod for $775. From what I can tell it's a pretty good deal. Any opinions?

I would say so. Ask about round count. But otherwise sounds like a good snag.
