Giraud Cartridge Case Annealer

I have a Giraud Annealer still in box set up for .223. Unit has additional feeder wheel discs/transfer plates for .308 & 300 WSM included. Unit has not been placed in service so basically new.
Factory potentiometer has been upgraded, factory one is included.

Due to ITAR regulations of automated loading equipment, this device will not be shipped out of CONUS.
