A friend of mine in Idaho had the opportunity to do some ranging with a G7 rangefinder. The G7 was ranging targets out to the 1000 yd to 1100 yd area while a Bushnell 1600 ARC was ranging similar targets out to the 1500 yd to 1600 yd range. They are going to change the battery in the G7 even though it is a new unit and try it again. If they figure out the problem I will post the results later.
