Maybe I'm learn'n something here. When I experience this leveling out phenom, I've been thinking that I've topped out velocity wise with that particular powder and move to a faster powder. (If my MV isn't what I anticipated)
When I get the desired velocity and accuracy I switch to the OCW method to ensure there is some velocity leeway and still maintain accuracy.
