I have a lightly used Vortex Viper HS LR 4-16x50 First Focal Plane scope with the XLR reticle. This scope has MOA adjustments with an MOA reticle. The elevation turret is exposed, and the windage knob is capped. This is a very nice scope that is great for hunting. It is fairly lightweight, very well built, and has many desirable features for a hunting scope. This scope has been lightly used. I couldn't find any scratches on the scope any where. The glass is pristine. The scope will come shipped in the original box with all of the accessories that were included with the scope including a sunshade, shims for the zero-stop system, and a scope cover.
