For sale is a Savage staggered feed, small shank long action (5.00" screw spacing). Action has a flat rear. This action has a .308 bolthead. The action started life off as a 7MM, so it has the larger opening magazine box. I was using a score high follower and shooting the rifle as a single shot.
Action comes with the adjustable "3-Screw" factory trigger that has been adjusted, very good trigger.
The bolt handle was done by a great friend of mine, Dangerous Dan.
I'm in need of front end work on my truck, so this action has to go.
