Thank you for your advice, but my problem appears to be an internal issue involving their system. I was able to communicate with an Admin via PM and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

This still hasn't been fixed, and the forum doesn't seem to be communicating with members about what the problem is or when or how it'll be fixed. Does anyone know? Those daily emails were useful.

I have run into an error message when attempting to list a pair of boots. Not sure who I can contact that are the Admins (other than Len who it doesn't look like you can send a direct message to)

The Admin that I was able to communicate with was Chris (that is his screen name)
You might try to send a PM to him

I was told they are changing to a different company to send those, as they are having problems with the current one.
