Forend for encore

I bought an SSK 308 Winchester barrel for my encore. Any suggestions for a forend. The barrel is .865 inches in diameter 15 inches in length

Id put a rifle forend on it if it were me. A factory one, modified, or another hole added to the barrel with correct screw spacing. OR have a custom wood or laminate forend made to fit with either a hanger bar or aluminum pillars added to it.
There are a few ways to go about it.

This, or determine which screw spacing you have, rifle or pistol. And acquire the correct one.

Usually SSK barrels have "rifle-spaced" dual screws. Adding a forend with a hanger bar one great way to accuracy on the t/c encore or tender.
The pictured forend has a deep groove to hold a hangerbar. Very necessary with heavy recoiling calibers & custom bbls.
