First long range build

This is my first long range build. This started like as a Savage model 12 fv 22-250 from cabelas for 319 after rebate. The specs are...
Savage model12 action
Criterion 26in varmint contour 1:8 twist 6.5 CM
Hs precision m24
Squared and true NSS upgraded barrel nut
NSS upgraded recoil lug
Vortex ps-t 4-16x50
DNZ Game reaper tactical mounts with 20 MOA base

These are some groups that I've shot that shows its potential. I feel like I've got it dialed in good enough to stretch out to 950-1000. I've taken it out 600 a couple times with great success. Clay pigeons don't stand a chance :D first group in the pics below are ones I shot last night doing some seating depth test with the 140 eld-m and H4350. Seems to like it next to the lands.

Already thinking about my next salvage build..... thinking maybe a 22-250 AI or maybe a 280 AI.

Great work and awesome rifle! I always appreciate the "budget" builds because I can relate. You will have a serious arsenal of rifles if the next build shoots like your Creedmoor, looking forward to it!

Yeah this one came in at 1195 for just the rifle. With scope and mounts it came in around 1750. I was pleased with the way it came out. Definitely will be doing more in the future!

Haha your completed rifle costs the same as a custom action :D. Cannot complain about anything on your build when it performs like it does! Keep hammering buddy!
