Would you happen to know what med equates to waist size? by your picture it doesn't look like the legs have zippers. the reason I ask is because I have a 30" inseam and I would bet they would need to be altered.

Their size chart shows that Medium is a waist of 32-35" and an inseam of 32-34". No leg zippers.
