First Build

Hey guys, looking to start my first build this year. Starting with a Borden Rimrock with a Kreiger barrel in Rem Varmint contour. I'm planning on going with the 7mm Rem Mag. My dilema right now is deciding which stock to go too. I've been looking at the HS Varmint stock with the sporter grip and have plans to skim bed it, the other option is the McMillan. I'm having a hard time finding a stock configuration from McMillan that is similar to the HS stock with the wide beavertail forend. I've looked at the A-4 stocks but have not been able to handle one, been wondering if the distance between the handle and the trigger is a comforable one, I don't have huge hands so I've been shying away from this one due to ignorance.

Any opinions welcome.

Take a look at Stockade stocks. They are excellent and have a variety of stocks. I have their Prairie Dog Special / Tactical models. I got the money saver and did the sanding, filling & painting Myself. It was very easy to do.
