Finally got my elk on the wall

The first couple of days after the 20 inches of snow it was pretty tricky getting around even with chains on but after that it got packed down and wasn't too bad
 
Congrats! I just got my 2018 CO bull back from the taxidermist as well. No intention to hijack your thread (debated about posting here or starting my own ... please tell me if you would rather I post a new thread - I won't be offended!)
I need higher ceilings ... my wife took that comment and immediately called her realtor friend! :)

Nice elk I'm glad you shared it with us I like to see what everyone else has gotten. Looks like yours fits perfect in that spot

Welcome and congrats on beautiful bull. Here's pic of my only elk, 2008 Utah depredation tag. 1 of 12 tags mid January. 375 Wby 270 Barnes TSX. 80yds.
