At the moment, I believe it's a hoax or extreme propaganda.

But

That makes it more generally political so tread lightly.

IMO: In the current political climate such things are possible.

Sounds like more liberal agenda hippie tree huggin bull crap. Probably the same people that infiltrated Boon and Crocket and Eastman's. If they try that move they better change the voting age to 21 I'm sure you will see a lot more young voters going to the polls.
