Couldn't find the thread but someone recently was asking about ballistics for Federal Fusion Ammo. Since nothing is published that either of us could find about the SD or BC of the bullet and I suggested just pulling one a part to give it a look.

Well I picked some up in .260 Rem today and did just that.

It is a boat tailed cannelure bullet and certainly looks like it should indeed fly pretty well. It has a long secant ogive design so it should be at least on the edge of what we'd call a low-very low drag bullet.

I'm going to guess that in the 120gr 6.5 it's probably going to have a BC in the range of .400-.450.

There are drop/velocity charts on the Federal website so one could play around with them using the above and see how it works out on your favorite ballistics program.
