I'm not that lucky haha. I'm big on the vinegar/Mignonette Sauce as well. Not big on the cocktail sauce but I have found one restaurant that gives that opinion a run for its money.
I like the big ones if they are salty and have some taste to them. But love the clusters that are a bit more salty. the little crabs that are clinging to clusters aren't bad either. I'm about ready to go gather a couple bushels And gig a few flounder.
The wife likes some sauce with it and alternates from the vinegar/mignonette sauce, Tabasco, or lemon. I eat them as-is.
