Fast heavy hunting Load formula for .223?

http://www.nosler.com/nosler-load-data/223-remington/ (scroll down to the 64 gr bullet data)

The CFE load is very accurate in my rifle and yields just over 3,000 ft/sec. The 64 gr bonded bullet is all you need for the intended task and they are not difficult to find. AR shooters seem to love them.
I use standard Federal Match primers but some shooters have better results with mag primers.

Ok - your research is done - As always, start low and work your loads up. The Nosler "accuracy load" worked great in my rifle.

.Thanks again. The Shooters Pro Shop does not have any 64 grain right now, but I will keep watch for them. For high pressure loads, should a use nato 5.56 brass or .223 brass?
