Is there a place to find factory ammo load data? I have a 30-06 that really likes Remignton's Premium Sirroco 150gr load. I would like to start reloading and this would be a good starting load.

No. The ammo manufacturers don't use the same canister powders we can buy for their loadings. They will spec a powder of a specific burning rate, then test it in their ballistics labs to develop their loads. Their powders may look similar to the canister powders we use for reloading, but they are not the same, and you cannot buy that specific powder. You can buy the same primers, same cases, and the same bullet, and work up a similar performing loading yourself with canister powders.
