I'm looking to scope my model 70 300 wsm with something in the 4x16 range and want to have a turret built for my load. I've looked at the Leupold CDS, the possibility of getting a regular scope and putting a Kenton turret on it, and just found these Nikon Prostaff5 and Monarch3 scopes. I've had a couple Nikon scopes and have always been impressed with the quality and clarity for the money. Does anyone have experience with their XR turret systems, and I'm also interested in whether the Monarch is worth the extra money over the Prostaff5.
