So, with the EOL Berger line of bullets. Do they like a little jump or a bunch?
I'm working with EOL 156 in a 6.5ss, and EOL 205 in a 300max. I'm using Tikka LA and 18" barrels.

I have found they aren't near as sensitive as the HVLD line.

Currently jumping 156's @.080 off. and 195's at .040 off with very good accuracy.

As always, every barrel can be different, but in the limited rifles i have tested these EOL's with they were not finicky with seating depth compared to traditional VLD style bullets.

Test it to find out

Running em 30k off lands in my prc, 45k off in my x284. I belive they're 28k off in my 6.5 max. There's a thread on that particular bullet over on LRO and most guys are in that 30-35k off range. They did shoot well in several places between 5k and 35k off in the max. In my x284 from 45k-65k all shot sub half moa, several in the quarter moa range.

I did a seating test in the 6.5ss. It prefers 30thou off. That's what I'm going to to in the 300max tomorrow. Picked the rifle up today. Will be shooting the Elite 205 Bullets in it. Got some VV N555 from another member today.

Rl23, 4831SC or N560 will be the ticket in that max. Rl26 will give good speeds too. The 300max is almost same capacity as the 300wsm. N555 is between N550 and N160 so it may be on the fast side.
