Elk hunting for the handicapped

I have a friend that is sick and can't do the hikeing spotting or stalking required for a traditional elk hunt he has the equipment and desire to hunt, but physically limited. Is there an outfitter with good success that that stand hunts of something similar.

There are many different outfitters in different locations that could handle that type of hunt. The question is, how big of a bull does he want, and what is his budget?

I can tell you that he's not greedy on the bull and has a generous budget. He just wants a quality experience, something to shoot at and good food
