Any have recommendations on ways to easily identify different end caps for a suppressor?

I have a Hybrid 46, and to help a little with the decibels I picked up some caliber specific end caps.
It would have been great if each one came stamped with the hole size but that didnt happen. I will be very diligent when I swap it out do different rifles until I get a good marking on them.
A sharpie would work. But not that classy and will wear off.
Laser etching looks like a possibility. Not sure of cost.

color code? -- could start with the girls nail polish for a quick fix, then go to something else in the future that is more heat resistant--- in the future find a local person that does laser etching out of their home office, thats how I got my form 1's done-- pretty inexpensive, but its gonna depend on local price points
