dum ? can u vacuum seal ammo

i have a great deal on ammo for my ar15 but it will take me a while to shoot it up can i vacuum seal it so it doesnt degrade

If it is surplus military' why bother. stuff from the vietnam era is still good. 40 year old stuff.
How long ya gonna take to shoot this batch up??

its all new ammo not suplus not sure how long to use it up but 10,000 rounds $ 350 cant beat the price but i know ill have it for while
