I'm curious on what everyone's once in a lifetime dream animal to hunt would be. For myself there are alot of animals that I would enjoy hunting and maybe even killing but there are two that stand out the most a Nubian ibex or a Marco Polo sheep. What would you hunt?

Bighorn or Dall sheep. Maybe a Henry mountain Buffalo.
I have never hunted sheep or goats but they have caught my eye just not my wallet

My wife would love to hunt moose and antelope neither of which I can find in Florida

Almost went about 20 years ago with a friend from Spain. Would have cost about $20k for a month trip. World events messed us up.

Something that would hunt me. Bear, big cats
I want to try bear meat. If I were to hunt bears now it might cost me a divorce and I don't to spend that much money to go hunt..... Yet haha jk

Black bear is excellent if cooked right. I've heard coastal brown bear is just for the hunt, the meat is supposed to be fishy
Bet it made it even sweeter when they killed the guy who cost you your trip.
I could see how coastal would be fishy, like sea ducks. I saw I think on here someone compared bear to pork so I'm willing to give it a try
