Do any of the gunsmiths work up loads for guns they didn't build?

I'm struggling with a gun and I'm pretty sure it's me. I'd be happy to pay someone to work up the best load for this particular gun.

Is there any gunsmith that will do it for charge?

There are lots of places do a Google search for custom ammunition, I can think of two off the top of my head, custom reloads of Dallas and superior ammunition.

Figured it out....had to move closer to lands. 338 LM with 300 grain Berger with 92 grains of H100. 3 shots at 100.
