Anyone found a good die stand? My bench is inside so that limits hanging utilitarian stuff on the wall. With Forster lock rings they no longer fit in the boxes they come in (rings too large to close lid) so I can't put them there and stack them on a shelf...they sit with lids at an angle and can't be stacked.

Found a few homemade wood ones online and a bracket that can be purchased (to be mounted on the wall, which is out for me) but wanted to see if anyone has come up with anything creative or has a good way to store if they have he same issue as me. I suck at wordwork and don't have any presses to drill holes, and don't know anyone that is into woodwork.

I don't like leaving dies out and exposed to dust, etc. I keep them separated in individual compartments of small parts storage boxes. these work well you can keep all kinds of stuff in them and label them. I have primers, other die and small gun parts, etc. in them. They stack right on the bench and keep things in easy reach.

I ran into the same issue when I bought the CO-AX press. With the smaller Redding dies I was able to alter the boxes with a Dremel to get them to fit. This was not an option with the longer Redding dies so for those I bought empty Forster Die boxes that Forster list for $8.20 each.

When I had a reloading bench and shelves, I made a wood stand to hold my dies and shell holders, Had to dust, clean and oil them pretty often. When I started traveling with my job, I hunted up and use the original Die Boxes. Most of my dies are sets, So I keep Dies NS FLS, shell holder and extra decapping pins together in original box with dehumidify packets, I like this setup to protect my dies.
