Defiance tenacity problem

A friend of mine purchased one of theses actions and has been on pins and needles waiting on it to show up it finally arrived he was excited about getting it so he screwed the barrel on go Gaya he went no go didn't but when trying to chamber and extract a piece of brass it wouldn't eject the brass he called me to see if I had any ideas I told him to try put a piece of brass behind the extractor to see if it would grab the brass he said that he couldn't get the brass behind it because the ejector pin would only push in a little over half way and then wouldn't go any farther I told him that is his problem any body else had an issue like that. Well he found the problem the people that nitrided the action didn't clean the ejector pin hole and it has nitride salts set up in it they said they have ran in to the problem before when they reassembled them with out cleaning the hole out. David
