I've been an advocate of this shot placement for 30+ yrs. Like you, I hate tracking and a high shoulder shot virtually eliminates it. Even with pass-through shots, the meat lost might amount to a couple of burgers. The virtual certainty of recovery is a small price to pay.

Great setup, 215's at 2835 are formidable to a long way out there!

Is your load with N560 compressed at all?

Congratulations on the fine harvest.

Took some pictures for you. FYI, I use a long drop tube. When I ordered a set of funnels directly from Sather I spec'ed long drop tubes.
