CZ 452 Style

I thought i would show off a new project.

Nice little rifle. I love all my CZ's.

I'm curious though why do you use the extremely high riser rails?

I think you'd have far better results with a much lower mount.

Its not just a riser. it is an adjustable base. This gun will be topped off with a vortex 6-24x50mm and the lowest rings that will work when they arrive.

I started to say i have one just like it until i saw the second picture.
How many hundred yards do you intend to shoot ?

I do have a cz style though -i gave it a bedding job that turned out great -brookies trigger and a set of burris signature rings w/offset inserts..
The stocks on these rifles are very nice -not a flimsy piece of plastic like you might think.

Are you going to put a cheek rest on it? I wouldn't even be able to get a piece of my cheek on that and still be able to see though the scope. Or am I misunderstanding the use of the adjustable base?

i put that mount and scope on there just to see how it would look. it will be set up normaly

i love my CZ 452, i just put the trigger lighting kit in mine and now its got a much nicer let off.
